First we talk, get to know your home and answer all your questions. Then we visit it together, sign the management agreement and get it ready for guests. From there, you can switch off completely.

We care for every home
as if it were our own

We're Manuel y Ana, a couple from Granada with nearly ten years' experience managing holiday rentals. We started with our own and, little by little, came those of other owners who trusted us.

We do everything ourselves, without outsourcing to third parties: we handle every booking and every guest directly and personally. That's why we prefer to manage few homes and care for them well, rather than many and only halfway.

The location was very good, Manuel was very attentive at all times and so was his partner. They had no problem accommodating us even though we booked at short notice, and they were very kind and explained everything clearly. The house had everything; the lower area, although we couldn't enjoy it, looked amazing and also had little touches for the kids. Overall, a house I would recommend without hesitation.

We spent some wonderful days at Manuel's place. The house is very well set up for large groups: we were 8 adults and 4 children and we were very comfortable. The garden and living room are lovely and the bedrooms perfect, with comfortable mattresses. The location is very handy for visiting Granada, just 15 minutes away by car. We would come back without a doubt.

The stay in this house was unbeatable. Everything was super clean, new and modern; the house is super cosy and spectacular for a weekend getaway with friends. On top of that, Manuel's hospitality was exceptional: super attentive from before we even arrived, making sure we lacked for nothing and replying super fast. Can't wait to come back to such a magical place.

We went to Granada especially to visit Sierra Nevada and the apartment is very well located for it. It's next to the motorway, without being right on it: no annoying noise and the windows look onto a small field. In about fifteen minutes you're in central Granada or on the road up to Sierra Nevada. The apartment was clean and the arrival instructions very clear; Manuel and Ana María were attentive throughout the stay.

Which areas do you manage holiday rentals in?

We manage holiday rentals in the city and province of Granada, and on the Costa del Sol. We work with a limited number of properties so we can look after each one personally.

What does the management service include?

Depending on the level you choose, we handle the listing creation and optimisation, publishing on Airbnb, Booking and other platforms, dynamic pricing, guest communication, check-in and check-out, cleaning, laundry and maintenance. You decide how much to delegate.

How much does it cost? What commission do you charge?

We offer three levels: Essential (15%), Peace of mind (20%) and Turnkey (25%), always on booking income. The percentage is calculated on the net amount of each booking, once platform fees and cleaning costs have been deducted. No lock-in and no hidden costs.

Who receives the booking payments, the owner or RentaSur?

You receive the bookings directly from the platforms. At the end of the month we send you our management invoice, with no middlemen in the flow of money.

Do I need a VUT licence to rent out my property?

In Andalusia, holiday rentals must be registered as a Tourist Use Property (VUT) and comply with current regulations. We give you general guidance and support you through the process, though official information always takes precedence. For your specific case, get in touch.

Why do you only manage a limited number of properties?

Because quality can't scale without limit. With few properties we guarantee each one the attention it deserves. If we have no availability, you can join our waiting list and we'll contact you as soon as we can.

Do I have to sign a minimum-term contract?

No. We work with no lock-in and no hidden costs: you only pay the agreed percentage on your booking income.
