2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
We process the data you provide through the website's contact / estimate request form (name, email, phone and information about your property) for the purpose of:
- Handling your request, enquiry or estimate request.
- Contacting you and sending you the requested information.
- Managing, where applicable, the possible professional relationship.
Your name and email are needed to reply to your request; your phone number and exact address are optional. These requests are not used for automated decisions with legal effects.
3. Legal basis
To answer enquiries about our services or prepare an estimate, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Sending a request does not subscribe you to advertising.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics processes browsing data and interactions to measure use of the site, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Custom events do not send the data you type into the form.
4. How long do we keep your data?
We retain your request for as long as needed to reply and follow up on a possible engagement. If a professional relationship is established, the periods required by the relevant legal obligations apply. Web3Forms states a maximum retention period of three years for submissions, unless deleted earlier or subject to a shorter plan-specific period. You can request erasure where applicable by writing to hola@rentasur.com.
5. Who do we share your data with?
To provide these services, we use providers that receive the data needed for their role:
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative): receives form data and forwards it to our email; it also applies spam protection. Web3Forms privacy.
- Netlify: hosts and serves the site and may process technical access and security logs. Netlify privacy.
- Google: provides business email; Google Fonts serves fonts and receives technical request data. Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics cookies. Google privacy.
These services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Web3Creative operates from India and its processing agreement incorporates the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers subject to the GDPR. You can consult its safeguards and sub-processors in the Web3Forms processing agreement.
For information about providers and the safeguards applicable to your data, you can write to hola@rentasur.com. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
6. What are your rights?
You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to hola@rentasur.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction of processing.
- Objection to processing.
- Portability of your data.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The site and form submission use HTTPS to protect communications. The form does not request identity documents, bank details or sensitive information; please do not include them in your message.
